Are you passionate about quality, precision, and continuous improvement? We're on the hunt for a Full-Time Quality Controller to join our dedicated team at our Bibra Lake headquarters.

In this pivotal role, you'll be working closely with the Operations Manager and Senior Management Team, helping to maintain and elevate the high standards our customers expect.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Solid understanding of business and processing software

  • Knowledge of stainless and performance steels

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • A team player with great interpersonal skills

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Skilled in technical writing and translating complex information into plain language

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Systems

  • Bonus points if you’re qualified in TQM or Six Sigma

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Testing new and defective products to ensure top quality

  • Completing detailed sample test reports for internal and external stakeholders

  • Responding to customer quality surveys and questionnaires

  • Managing discrepancy reports (e.g. damages, short supply, returns)

  • Coordinating and entering data for reports used by management and clients

  • Identifying and acting on continuous improvement opportunities

  • Conducting supplier reviews and assisting with approval processes

  • Supporting the team with ISO 9001 and other accreditation activities

  • Participating in quality audits and certifications

  • Managing and maintaining company-approved quality processes and procedures
