Warehouse Supervisor - Despatch WA

What we’re looking for

• Current Forklift Licence (LF essential, LO highly regarded)

• Strong understanding of warehousing procedures, product handling, and care

• Solid logistics and freight coordination experience

• Proven leadership ability with experience motivating and guiding teams

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Strong commitment to Occupational Health & Safety standards

• Good computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems

• Flexibility to work shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement

• Experience in the steel or structural steel industry (highly regarded)

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily despatch operations

• Maintain high housekeeping standards and warehouse organisation

• Communicate with customers regarding safe pickup procedures

• Liaise with freight providers and transport partners

• Provide backup support for documentation control and logistics functions

• Deliver ongoing OH&S guidance and lead by example in workplace safety

• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes and team development
