Exciting Opportunity: Full-Time Sales Manager

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting national operations with specialized knowledge and project expertise.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing customer relationships and driving growth for our business. If you’re a skilled negotiator with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of sales processes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to order fulfilment, ensuring that customers receive top-tier service and satisfaction.

  • Drive Value through Negotiation: Work closely with customers and internal teams to negotiate competitive quotations, pricing, margins, and freight costs, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Quotations & Orders: Prepare and manage detailed, competitive quotations and orders for Project & Indent customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships by following up with previous customers and identifying future business opportunities.

  • Inventory & Forecasting: Assist in inventory management and sales forecasting to ensure demand is met with reliable supply and timely delivery.

  • Product Development: Support the creation of specialized products and business solutions tailored to customer needs and unique projects.

  • Supplier & Manufacturer Relations: Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers to enhance product offerings and meet customer demands.

  • Quality & Risk Management: Collaborate with the Quality and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and actively contribute to risk management strategies.

  • Market Expansion: Help identify new opportunities across industries, including Inventory Program enhancements, market trends, and business growth strategies.

  • National Support: Provide ongoing support to national sales teams, ensuring efficient project management and packaging services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Stainless-Steel industry is a plus.

  • Sales Experience: A background in Industrial Wholesale, particularly in industries like Engineering, Fabrication, Building, Water Treatment, Marine, or Mining, is advantageous, but not essential.

  • Material Sourcing: Experience sourcing and supplying materials, both locally and internationally, is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.

  • Team Player: The ability to collaborate effectively with a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Customer-Centric: A high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical service delivery.
