Stainless Steel Welded Round Tube

Stirlings stocks a range of Welded Stainless Steel Round Tube in Austenitic Grades 304 and 316 in specifications ASTM A554, ASTM A269 and AS 1528, and Duplex 2205 in ASTM A789.  

ASTM A249 Welded Round Tube is available from production.  

  • The finishes for ASTM A554 Tube are Mill, Polished #320 Grit, #600 Grit & Mirror Finish. 

  • The finishes for ASTM A269 Tube are Mill annealed and Bright annealed. 

  • The finish for ASTM A789 Grade 2205 Tube is Mill annealed. 

  • The finish for AS 1528 is #320 Grit, internally smooth (suitable for the food & beverage industry). 

Other Finishes are available upon request, from via our in-house Tube and Pipe Polishing service. 

Stirlings stocks Welded Tube in Wall Thicknesses 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.6mm, 1.65mm, 2.0mm and 3.0mm in sizes from O.D 9.52mm to 304.0mm. Everything currently in stock is specified in the tables below. 

The standard length of Welded Round Tube is 6 metres (6.1 metres for 2205), and can be cut to any custom length required with our in-house Bandsaw processing service.
