Warehouse Manager - WA

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager who is present on the floor, leads by example, and drives ongoing development and improvement across our Bibra Lake warehouse operations, team performance, and service delivery.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on communication, team development, culture-building and collaboration.

  • Ability to be visible, present and actively engaged in daily warehouse tasks and team supervision.

  • Advanced capability in the management of tasks, resources, scheduling, and people.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, support, coach and train staff.

  • Experience in managing HR-related matters, including performance discussions, behaviour expectations, and supporting positive workplace culture.

  • Strong internal and external communication skills and a service-focused mindset.

  • Strong understanding of Warehousing & Distribution IT systems and documentation.

  • Demonstrated ability to organise priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Intermediate computer literacy.

  • Advanced knowledge in the safe care, handling, and maintenance of products.

  • Strong OH&S knowledge and commitment to safe work standards.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Required: Forklift License and Order Picker License.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager – Distribution Centres, the Warehouse Manager will:

  • Be hands-on and actively present within the warehouse daily.

  • Foster a positive, safe and supportive workplace culture.

  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

  • Maintain strong DIFOT performance and reliable service standards.

  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels, workloads, and roster planning.

  • Lead training, onboarding and skill development of team members.

  • Manage HR issues respectfully and in alignment with company values and policies.

  • Report on Despatch performance metrics and operational statistics.

  • Ensure documentation and dispatch accuracy and timeliness.

  • Lead, coach, and performance manage Despatch team members.
