Distribution Centre Manager (DCM) - WA
We are seeking a hands-on Distribution Centre Manager to lead our Bibra Lake – WA Operations. This role requires a strong floor presence, leading by example while driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations, team performance, safety, and service delivery.

You are a confident and approachable leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse operations environment and enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day operations. You bring a strong focus on people leadership, safety, and customer service, and you know how to balance operational demands with team development.
You will demonstrate:
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
A visible, hands-on management style with active engagement on the warehouse floor
Proven ability to manage people, workloads, rosters, and resources effectively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, train, and support team members
Experience managing HR-related matters, including performance conversations and behaviour expectations
A service-focused mindset with strong internal and external communication skills
Solid understanding of warehousing and distribution systems, documentation, and processes
Ability to prioritise and organise in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate computer skills
Advanced knowledge of safe handling, care, and storage of products
Strong commitment to WHS and safe work practices
High attention to detail and accuracy
Licences required:
Forklift Licence
Order Picker Licence
MR/HR (desirable)
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Manager – Distribution Centres, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a strong, hands-on presence within the warehouse
Leading and fostering a positive, safe, and supportive workplace culture
Delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers
Achieving strong DIFOT performance and reliable service standards
Managing staffing levels, scheduling, workloads, and roster planning
Leading onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development
Managing HR matters respectfully and in line with company values and policies
Monitoring and reporting on WA Operations performance and operational metrics.
Coaching, leading, and performance managing the dispatch team
