What is the Role?

We are currently on the lookout for a Customer Services Representative External & Internal Hybrid for our Ingleburn Distribution Centre. This role requires advanced levels of experience. Successful candidates will require previous sales experience in a heavy industry environment. If successful, you’ll join our growing Sales & Customer Service team.

What Are We Looking For? 

Currently, our open hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. If successful, you will be required to work hours pattern flexibility. This is a permanent position with the opportunity for career development. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Advanced knowledge of Stainless & Performance Steels

  • Advanced Knowledge & Experience in Customer Service / Sales within industrial products

  • Advanced Knowledge & Experience of Sales, Quotation and Sales Follow Up

  • Service – External & Internal Sales Development & Quotation

  • Knowledge of business software

  • Advanced oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work amongst and lead a team.

  • Experience and exposure within a heavily industrial trade
