Stainless Steel Buttweld Round Tube Fittings

A Buttweld Round Tube Fitting is permanently joined to Tube via welding, allowing for a strong, leak-proof connection. 

Buttweld Round Tube Fittings are manufactured from ASTM AS 1528 Stainless steel Tube in Austenitic Grades 304 and 316 and Duplex 2205. HiBev AS 1528 specification is also available. 

  • Stirlings stocks a range of Buttweld Round Tube Fittings, including 90 Degree Bend, 45 Degree Bend, Equal Tee, 180 Degree Bend, Y-Piece, Tube Cross, 45 Degree Tee and Tube Cap; as well as Reducing Buttweld Round Tube Fittings, including Reducing Tee, Concentric Reducer and Eccentric Reducer Fittings.  Tube bends have a standard centre line radius 1.5 times the diameter.

  • In addition, Face Rings, manufactured from Sheet in Flat Face and Angle Neck varieties. 

  • Buttweld Round Tube Fittings are available in Wall Thicknesses 1.5mm, 1.6mm and 2.0mm in sizes from O.D 12.70mm to 254.0mm.  

  • Reducing Buttweld Round Tube Fittings are available in Wall Thicknesses 1.5mm and 1.6mm in sizes from O.D 19.05mm x 12.70mm to O.D 304.0mm to 203.2mm. 

  • Face Rings are available in sizes O.D 38.1mm to 305.0mm. 

  • Buttweld Round Tube Fittings are available unpolished and polished. 

  • Other sizes and Grades are available upon request via indent.
