Stainless Steel BSP Screwed Fittings & High Pressure Fittings

BSP (British Standard Pipe) Screwed Fittings use a standardised thread form, known as Whitworth thread, to create secure connections in piping systems.

  • Stirlings stocks a range of BSP Screwed Fittings, including Seamless TBE and TOE Nipple, Socket Round, Hex Cross, 3 Piece Union, 45 Degree Elbow, 90 Degree Female Elbow, Coupling Full, Cross, Female Tee, Hex Cap, Hex Plug, Round Cap, Female Locknut, Half Socket, Hose Tail, Tube Adaptor and BSP Skin Fittings.  

  • Reducing BSP Screwed Fitting products include Reducing Tee, Hex Reducing Bush, Hex Reducing Nipple, Round Reducing Socket, Male / Female Adaptor Hex, and Hose Tail Reducer Fittings

  • BSP Fittings are stocked in Austenitic Grade 316/L and Duplex 2205. 

  • Fittings forged from Castings are manufactured to ASTM A351 and fittings forged from Pipe are manufactured to ASTM A312. 3000LB & 6000LB BSP Screwed Fittings are manufactured to ASTM A182 ASME B16.11. 

  • BSP Screwed Fittings all conform to BS 2.1. 

  • Stirlings stocks 150LB and 3000LB BSP Screwed Fittings in sizes from ⅛ inch (6mm) to 6 inches (150mm) and 150LB & 3000LB Reducing BSP Screwed Fittings from ¼ x ⅛ inch (8mm x 6mm) to 6 x 5 inches (150mm to 125mm). In addition, Seamless Pipe Nipples in Schedule 40S from ⅛ inch (6mm) to 6 inches (150mm). Everything currently in stock is specified in the tables below.
