What is Pressfit?
Pressfit is a system of joints, designed specifically to speed up and simplify the installation process of piping systems using a minimalistic approach.
The Pressfit system saves considerable time and makes the entire installation process more secure and cost-effective, and combined with their corrosion-resistant and weatherproof nature, they benefit any project bound by cost & time constraints.
Pressfit technology provides a safe, weld-free, low-cost method of joining metals, used to replace traditional means of connecting Pipes like welding.
Unlike conventional Pipe-joining methods, Pressfit does not require welding, soldering, brazing or threading. Instead, it uses pressure to join two pieces of Pipe or Tube together for a faster and easier secure connection. Pressfit piping systems are used in a wide range of industries, including commercial building, defence, food & beverage, mining, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, power generation, and water & wastewater treatment.

Increased speed of installation;
Can utilise non skilled manpower;
Reduced labour costs (can reduce labour time by up to 60%);
Tooling is easy to use and operate;
Extensive range of fittings to meet on site requirements;
Cost effective against threaded & welded Piping systems;
Built in – situ, so making alterations to meet customer outcome is much easier;
Job can be started and completed on site;
Last minute changes are easy to implement;
OH&S friendly;
The (Tooling) NovoCrimp software/Klauke I-press can be used via USB interface to log all of the crimping operations performed and monitor correct performance.
The Pressfit product itself is top-quality and perfect for a large range of applications and industries.
Product benefits
